General Description: Compact Siliceous Sands Processing Plant, designed for Washing, Sorting and Recovering Sands for a Production of 7 TPH. Composed of Several Stages including Feeding Module, Washing Cylinder, Pumping Group, Screening Module, Compact Plant, Stacking Belt, Clarifier, Flocculation Equipment, Attrition Scrubber, 10,000 Liter Water Storage Tank, Electrical Cabinet and Equipment Control.
Operation: The feed material, coming from the feed module, which is transported by the conveyor belt to the washing system - in this case a washing cylinder - and is taken by the pumping group to the hydrocyclone stages which eliminates unwanted particles, then passes to the attrition scrubber to remove the impurities adhered to the grains of the material. Subsequently, the washed product goes to several stages of hydrocyclone and finally to the screening module to reduce the humidity of the final product and thus achieve a manipulable product of the highest quality.
